    Medical Marijuana

Under Proposition 215 and the “Compassionate Use Act,” patients who qualify may be allowed to legally possess up to 8 ounces of marijuana and grow as many as 6 mature or 12 immature marijuana plants. Where an individual without a medical marijuana card may face fines and possible jail time for possessing marijuana, Prop 215 patients who possess marijuana within the parameters of the Compassionate Use Act will have their charges dismissed with the help of a good attorney.

KJS & Associates will not only defend you if you’re cited for illegally possessing or growing marijuana, we will also guide you through the process of obtaining a medical marijuana prescription. Our legal services provide our patient clients with peace of mind that they may enjoy their medicinal marijuana free from any worries about the police or criminal prosecution.
