*For a case consultation (either written or by phone), please e-mail or fax me a copy of the entire DMV discovery and I will give you an analysis regarding the case. For the consultation, please provide me with enough facts to understand the situation. I will tell you what issues are present, what cases to present, and how to argue the hearing. If after consultation you decide you would rather have me handle the hearing, I will apply the consultation fee towards the fee for the hearing.
An alternative is for me to do all your hearings. You provide the initial client information such as client name and CDL. I will request the DMV hearing and discovery, and send a copy to you as well. If you are interested, let me know and we will set up an arrangement.

**If the DMV hearing is lost, and if the client wants to proceed with filing a writ of mandate, I can help in two ways. First, you can refer the client to me and I will handle everything. Second, I will draft and file all the written documents and interact with DMV and the Attorney General, while you interact with the client and handle all court appearances.
I also provide my attorney clients with free telephone consultations on questions you may have regarding issues other than consultation on a specific case.
